Bassinet by Baby Jogger

I had a great experience with Baby Jogger 6 years ago, so it wasn't too hard for me to decide to buy this bassinet for my third baby boy last month. If I will have another baby in a couple years, I can easily use this bassinet for a double seat stroller. At first, I was worried about this bassinet being too high, since I'm 5'4". After I walked for a hour, my baby and I immediately loved it, so I didn't think it's too high anymore. I was able to keep walking next to the side of the bassinet and put a pacify in his mouth without bending my back down. Also, it keeps small children's dirty hands from touching him. The other thing I like about this bassinet is that my baby still look at me as I walk. I'm deaf so it's important for me to see his face when he cries. More often, he smiles at me. I treasure every moment of seeing his face and talking to him. This bassinet is comfortable that he always take a nap starting in 15 minutes, everytime I walk for 40 minutes. I live a few blocks from the beach, so I notice that the bassinet is good at holding my baby in balance when I walk on the sand. When we go to the soccer/football practices for my older boys, sometimes I take the bassinet off the stroller and put it on the grass next to me. I put a firm pillow underneath his head, so he can watch the world around him and he loves it. Oh, it's easy to change the diapers in the bassinet for a few seconds that I don't have to go through troubles to find a place. I love the two pockets inside the bassinet, because I can put a pacify, an ipod and most important of all, a bug canopy in these pockets. This bassinet can fit in my 1965 convertible car truck along with a city series single stroller and 2 skimp boards for my older boys as well as a Yukon truck. He's 3 months old and weighs 13 pounds now. Believe it or not, this bassinet is much lighter than my baby. I uses this bassinet for a month. I'm very happy that I can't think of a bad thing about it.

I don't know how new moms get out to jog without this thing! Seems like a must-have: baby can sleep and be rocked (wihtout having to be scrunched up in a car-seat), while mom takes off the baby fat!
