Its 12" wheels, with lockable front wheel capability, offer extreme maneuverability over smooth and rough terrain. The Tike Tech is slightly more narrow than the Baby Jogger, but the City Elite's weight capacity accommodates for 15 additional pounds.
Although the Valco Tri Mode is on the higher end of the price spectrum when it comes to swivel-wheel, all-terrain strollers, parent-oriented conveniences such as added storage space, a removable zippered diaper bag and included rain cover, make up for the difference.
