Our Review of the Baby Jogger Summit 360 Single stroller

Check out a real mom's test drive of the Baby Jogger Summit 360!

Make life easy with the Baby Jogger Summit 360 Stroller. Designed with no boundaries, the Summit goes from shopping-ready swivel wheel stroller to jogging ready fixed-wheel get-in-shape machine with a switch-lock. With the Summit 360, Baby Jogger delivers an all-in-one baby stroller that goes from city to jogging to trail with ease.

Standout Features

  • Switch-lock lockable front swivel wheel
  • 16" rear and 12" front molded polymer quick-release pneumatic wheels
  • Aluminum frame
  • All-wheel suspension
  • Automatic tracking
  • Patented baby jogger one-step fast fold
  • Angled fixed handlebar
  • Rear parking brake

Benefits for You: Busy parents adore the ease with which the Baby Jogger Summit 360 transitions from errand-helper to jogging stroller by simply locking the 12" front swivel wheel. Automatic tracking ensures that the Summit 360 never pulls while 16" and 12" molded polymer pneumatic wheels tackle any terrain with hardly any effort. The Summit 360 holds up to 75 lbs of kid and cargo.

The patented Baby Jogger one-step fast fold saves energy when all you have is a hand to spare. The angled handlebar makes pushing comfortable. Engage the rear parking break for safety when the stroller is not in motion. Store gear and shopping finds in the under seat basket and seat-back storage compartment.

At 23 lbs, the Baby Jogger Summit 360 is a relatively light-weight jogging stroller. The seat attaches with snaps for easy removal on wash day. To protect your Summit 360 during storage or transit, use the Baby Jogger Summit 360 Carry Bag (sold separately).

Benefits for Baby: Your precious passenger enjoys a smooth ride thanks to all-wheel suspension and a padded, 150 degree reclining seat. A molded polymer footplate supports your little one's feet. The vented cabin keeps baby comfortable on hot days while the sun canopy with view windows and ventilation panels provides shade. The adjustable, padded 5-point harness fits your child comfortably and securely. Add the Baby Jogger Summit 360 Rain Cover or Bug Cover for total weather protection.

Compatibility: With the Baby Jogger Car Seat Adapter, the Summit 360 accepts one of the following infant car seats:

  • Peg Perego Primo Viaggio
  • Britax Companion
  • Graco infant car seats
  • Most Evenflo infant car seat models

You can also add and extra seat to your stroller with the Baby Jogger Jump Seat.

Bottom Line: The Baby Jogger Summit 360 strikes the perfect balance between a walking stroller and a jogging stroller. For another great all-around stroller, check out the BOB Revolution. With a front swivel wheel and 16" rear wheels, the BOB Revolution serves every strolling purpose. In contrast to the Summit 360, the Revolution sports adjustable tracking and two seat pockets for baby to keep their snacks and toys.

Almost Perfect

After three month of heavy usage I have to say that I do really like this stroller and find it to be a much nicer ride for my toddler than the BOB. The ride is super smooth and the stroller is very easy to steer and fold away. The tires pop off with just a press of a button and at 9 months pregnant I have very little trouble getting the stroller in and out of the car and even dragging it up and down a half flight of stairs. I did add a jump seat and that is when I began to have my only issue with the stroller. The stroller + jump seat + just one child (the second is on the way and I wanted my toddler to get used to riding up front plus it gave me tons of storage for trips to the market) made the stroller prone to tipping and very difficult to steer. When I contacted Baby Jogger they couldn't have been more helpful and quickly informed me that there had been a manufacturing problem with the Summit's front wheel assembly and that they would have a new one sent to me as soon as it became available which in in one to two weeks. Now that is great customer service. As for the the jump seat, it is handy to have but there is limited leg clearance for the child who sits in the back. My 1 1/2 year old's legs' just fit between the bottom of the jump seat and the top of the back seat's knee to foot area but he dislikes how he can't move them freely. I think that it is fine for use with an infant in back but not comfortable for an active toddler's legs. Also, I would never jog with the jump seat. I believe it is only meant for use during casual strolling at the mall or park. Bottom line: I'd buy this stroller again as it's design quality, ease of use and company's customer service is fantastic.

Awesome Stroller!

I'm a first time mom who desperately needed a jogging stroller that was versatile, compact, tons of features and did more than your average stroller. I tested it out for the first time yesterday and aboslutley had no complaints. My son actually fell asleep in it. The recline feature is such a great plus! The suspension system is one of a kind in it's class along with the easy fold feature. I was comparing this to the BOB, and I'm glad I made this purchase. I would have given it 5 stars if there were more accessories available for this model. Other than that, it's well worth the money. I know it will be with us for years. Thank you for making such a great stroller!!!!
