Our Review of the Bugaboo Maxi-Cosi Car Seat Adapter -Frog/Cameleon
The Maxi Cosi Car Seat Adapter for Bugaboo strollers allows you to use the popular Maxi Cosi Mico infant car seat with your Bugaboo Cameleon or Bugaboo Frog.
With this adapter, the Maxi Cosi infant car seat can be positioned to face toward you or away, so your baby can enjoy looking right at you, or away to enjoy the view.
We also carry Bugaboo car seat adapters for Graco infant car seats, as well as an adapter for the Peg Perego Primo Viaggio SIP.
NOTE: This adapter for the Maxi Cosi infant car seat will NOT work with the Bugaboo Bee.
The Bugaboo Maxi-Cosi Adapter for the Bugaboo Frog and Bugaboo Cameleon fits only the Maxi Cosi - Mico Infant Car Seat.

Nice but... not that easy to use

We bough the Maxi Cosi Mico car seat because we did prefer it compared to the Graco. However the car seat adapter is hard to use compared to the one they have done for the Graco car seat. You need to attach these first to the car seat and then add the car seat on the stroller. Which means that you have to be two person to do so... while with the one for the Graco car seat, it's one piece and you have to install it first on the stroller and not on the car seat

One little thing I would change....

It may not be possible but if there was anyway the adaptors could be left on then attaching to the car seat base, it would mean there would be no need to remove them from the chair... probably more of an issue for Maxi Cosi but would make life easier! Love the adaptors otherwise.

Thanks Bugaboo and Maxi-Cosi for a great product, I was so happy with the adapter it was easy to use and fitted perfectly to my Cameleon stroller - its makes life a lot easier for those quick trips to the shop when you just want to pop the car seat into the stroller and run into the shops - I highly recommened it to any one with a Bugaboo Cameleon Stroller!

This adapter works flawlessly with our Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix. (The CabrioFix is Maxi-Cosi's European and Asian counterpart to the Maxi Cosi Mico, which is sold only in the USA.)
