Our Review of the Burley Jogger Kit-D'Lite and Encore
Burley's Jogging stroller conversion kit is for use with the D'lite and Encore. Jogging on and off road is now as simple as adding a 16" wheel to the front of your Burley Bike Trailer . The jogger kit comes complete with a spoked 16" wheel and a hand brake to make the quick conversion. Note - the kit works in conjunction with handle bar that is included with every 2005+ Encore and every 2004+ D'lite.
*The handlebar height ranges from 36"-45". You can also make it higher by flip mounting the handlebar.

A bit tedious to switch

The jogger wheel is wonderful and converts the trailer into a very smooth rolling, perfectly tracking jogger that offers two considerable advantages over traditional joggers: 1) weather-resistance and 2) a very low center of gravity (easy to shift the front wheel about when making turns). The thing practically runs itself! What's wrong? It's a tedious nightmare switching between the jogger and trailer option. This attachment is hard to pull off and requires too many adjustments to do so, or to put it on for that matter. So while it's amazing as a jogger, converting back and forth has become a major drag.
