Our Review of the Chariot Cheetah 2 bike trailer

The Chariot Cheetah 2, and its single passenger counterpart the Cheetah 1, are the most affordable models available in Chariot's outstanding line-up of X-Country convertible bike trailers. X-Country carriers like the Cheetah 2, Cougar 2, and CX 2 are more aptly named, 'child transportation systems', (that's what 'CTS' stands for) since they function in any of five different transportation modes,* assuring that your kids are conquering the road with you. . . no matter if it's paved, dirt, or covered in snow.
Despite the reasonable price tag, the Cheetah 2 is the furthest thing from an economy bicycle trailer. Constructed on a lightweight aluminum chassis, with dual 5-point harnesses, quick release 20" pneumatic wheels, and an adjustable handlebar for parents of different heights, the Cheetah and its X-Country counterparts the Cougar 2 and CX 2 are the definition of versatility.
The Cheetah 2 is a great value for parents who want the child transportation options offered by a Chariot carrier at a price they can afford.
Bottom Line: Every Chariot child transportation system is a worthwhile investment. The five different CTS Kits* and VersaWing 2.0 technology allows you to switch between one of five modes quickly, easily, and without the use of tools. New VersaWing 2.0 technology provides additional ports for optional accessories like side fenders and a jogging brake for a Cheetah 2 in jogging stroller mode.
