Includes wheel arms, 16" air-filled wheel w/molded plastic mags, height-adjustable handlebar, storage bag (to transport CTS kits in when not in use), and foot-operated parking brake mechanism. (CX Kits come with Deluxe 16" wheels to match the CX's black and red wheels.)
