Our Review of the FreeStride
The patented Freestride™ jogging stroller attachment uses a comfortable belt and pushrod system, and connects in seconds to any jogging stroller with a stationary front wheel--no tools needed. It allows you to move your arms freely and use your natural running or walking stride while guiding and propelling your single or double stroller with your body. You'll feel like you had a "real" run, plus you risk less chance of muscular injury from running with an unbalanced stride.
One thing to note: your stroller must track straight. Most strollers are adjustable by fiddling with the front wheel, but we recommend you test your stroller's tracking first. To test your tracking, find a level, flat surface and give your stroller a good straight push and let go. Your stroller should not veer left or right. If it is not tracking straight, see your owner's manual. Most tracking issues can be fixed by loosening the front wheel, moving it slightly to the opposite side of the tracking, and retightening.
