Not easy to use

I bought this particular one as the marketing stated it was made for the stroller. I really struggled to get this to fit the stroller. Took two other people to pull and stretch to fit and still not quite right but will have to do as I am currently overseas traveling with it. Debating if I will/can return it or not. Had a similar problem with the rain cover. See that review.
