Our Review of the Schwinn Free Runner ST 2 double stroller
The Schwinn Free Runner ST 2 double jogger is a mid-range model in Schwinn's growing line of affordable strollers for walking and jogging. The Free Runner ST 2 is built on the same durably designed frame as the Schwinn Free Runner Double, but with one major exception: the frame of the Free Runner ST 2 is made of steel, rather than aluminum. Though equipped with aluminum wheel hubs, the steel frame increases the stroller's weight and may show signs of rust after extended use.

The Free Runner ST Double jogger has two well-padded seats with individually adjustable recline settings, so each rider can kick back their own way. It also has an adjustable handlebar for parents or caretakers of different heights and a handbrake for added control, as well as a suspension system built into the rear wheels to smooth out the ride.
Comfort
Riding on 16" wheels, a secure padded seat and rear shocks, the Free Runner ST Double provides a very nice ride for both riders. Schwinn made a number of changes to its strollers recently, adding seats that are more comfortable, larger sun canopies with a drop down tinted visor, and making the storage basket even bigger.

COMPARISON
In the world of jogging strollers, Schwinn is in the mid-range as far as price and quality. There are noticeable differences in the features, construction, and performance offered by more elite brands like BOB or Baby Jogger, but Schwinn has taken steps in recent years to make their offerings a bit more competitive.
