The Tike Tech Trax 360 is an extremely light and easy to push swivel wheeled stroller, priced far below many other swivel wheel jogging strollers. Built with Tike Tech's usual emphasis on comfort and quality, the Trax 360 is a maneuverable and easy to manage urban stroller that will serve you and your child for many years.

What does the Tike Tech Trax 360 offer you?

The all terrain Tike Tech Trax 360 stroller may not offer a lot of bells and whistles (such as a parent console or suspension system) but it makes up the difference with a huge emphasis on passenger comfort. The Trax 360 single stroller's seat has extra structure and support throughout the backrest and bottom to prevent the slouching you get with standard, hammock-style stroller seats. This makes for an all around enjoyable ride for your baby of 6 weeks to 60 lbs.

Thanks to the small fold and light frame, the Trax 360 is easy for suburbanites to get their walking stroller in and out of the trunk easily. In addition, the front swivel wheel locks into a stationary position that offers better handling on questionable terrain. Thanks to the adjustable height handlebar, mom or dad can push the 360 with confidence . . . and no slouching.

The slick air filled tires and one-touch brakes of the Tike Tech Trax 360 have city dwellers in mind ? both of these features are great for wet and sloping city streets. Weaving through crowds at the mall or on city sidewalks is easy with a swivel wheel, and the large underside basket and auxiliary storage space in the canopy and seat provide extra space for necessities both big and small.

A retractable moon roof in the canopy lets you peek through the oversized canopy to check on your kid, and even though there's no parent console or cupholder, you can always purchase one separately. Tike Tech also offers a new Tike Tech Car Seat Adaptor that works with:

  • Graco SnugRide
  • Peg Perego Primo Viaggio
  • Britax Companion
  • Evenflo infant carseats.

What does the Tike Tech Trax 360 offer your tike?

Babies as young as 6 weeks can ride in cushy comfort in the deep, contoured and padded Lowride seat of the Trax 360. To make the seat even more snug and secure for an infant, check out the plush Tike Tech Padded Insert.

The Trax 360 walking stroller offers one of the deepest seat reclines on the market, and one of the best seat ventilation systems as well ? and kids of all ages love the padded, adjustable, and fully removable belly bar in front the of the seat. They can hang onto it, hang things from it, or use it to climb in and out of the seat, jungle gym style.

Bottom Line: The Tike Tech Trax 360 single stroller is the absolute lightest swivel wheel jogging stroller we carry ? and we stand firmly behind Tech Tech strollers. The Trax 360 offers high quality mobility at a very reasonable price, and one of the best seats you'll find. If you're on a budget, you will definitely be satisfied with this stroller. It may not be as fashionable as some other shopping strollers, but it really delivers on functionality.

The closest comparisons to the Tike Tech Trax 360 would be the BOB Revolution or Baby Jogger City Classic Single. The BOB Revolution offers shocks, bigger rear tires, and an adjustable locking front wheel, all of which translates into jogging stroller potential. The Baby Jogger City Classic Single has a weight capacity of 75 lbs (15 lbs more than on the Trax 360) and features Baby Jogger's patented one-hand fold. The City Classic Single is not suitable for jogging.

Great Stroller...Bad Tubes

3
Reviewer: Mary , Manhattan, KS Date: October 22, 2009
I ordered this stroller three months ago. I loved it when I first got it, and my son loved it too. The adjustable handle is great and the optional locking front wheel makes switching between walking and jogging very smooth. I have two complaints...the smaller one being that if you put anything in the bottom basket (mail, toy, cup, etc) the fabric rubs against the tire. My second complaint is that my tires wont stay inflated. I replaced the tubes and one is still flat every time I go to use the stroller. The company replaced the original tubes, but it took 8 weeks, so I bought some and those went flat too. Not sure where the flaw is there but its pretty annoying.

AWESOME STROLLER

Reviewer: Lisa Hall , West Virginia Date: August 11, 2009
We have the double model from last summer and this by far is the best stroller ever. It is well worth the money. I was looking for a stroller that I could push anywhere. We live on a farm and we travel places that are fairly rough to push a stroller. This thing goes in the sand, mulch, dirt, mud. You name it. We have the 360 version and it turns on a dime. We couldn believe such a big stroller will turn in such a tight space. I also like the feature of the adjustable handle bar as we are all tall people and I hate pushing an umbrella stroller all slumped over. It is pretty bulky but you would never know that pushing it, the stroller just glides along. It is wonderful!! I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and both ride just fine and we have pounds to spare. It hold 55 lbs per seat!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this stroller!!

I was very pleased with this stroller .Package came very fast ,was easy to put parts together. Color beautiful ,just little brighter than in the photo .Very very light to push and maneuver ,not a jogger my self ,but with fixed wheal would be nice .I'm really happy with the product ,the style and modern looks, folds easy, but be careful, the part where stroller bends in half is very sharp ,cut my self twice ,still have 3 all most an inch marks on my forearm .Probably only mine is that way .But still like it ,not just for the price (not full of course ) ,my 3 year old daughter loves it too (kinda glad the one before we had was stolen ) .But careful ,while your kid gets in the seat ,hold stroller ,other ways it falls on the side ! It's my first three wheeler ,maybe all are like that . Thank you for the very useful gifts.

Nothing extraordinary

Reviewer: Anonymous , West Windsor, NJ Date: May 19, 2009
My review and experience is similar to others. I've used the stroller for 2months with my (now) 4 month old daughter. Here's my experience: This is a great value at it's price. It came with deflated tires, and finding a pump to fit the air valves was challenging as they are not easily accessible. The 5pt harness is hard to maneuver and adjust, and watch for little fingers because it hurts if you get clipped! I like the ease of adjusting the seat, but find it is too hard and bought the padded insert. I also don't like that the cup holder is extra, but I bought that too, and it's fine - it's a cup holder. The storage underneath is perfectly sufficient - not too big or small and easy to get to. I do worry about it tipping when my dd gets bigger, but think we can avoid it if we just don't fully recline her (and what kid can't sleep inclined - re: car seat). It also folds up well, and fits in my itty-bitty car (Scion XA) with all the wheels on and everything. Rides smooth on bumpy ground (even grass), easy to maneuver with swivel wheel, fine with the adjustable handlebar, easily collapses, not too heavy, and you can adjust the visor by unsnapping it to make it lower.

Good stroller, great price!

Light, easy to push and rather sporty is how I would describe this stroller. It feels nice when pushing and my son seems very comfortable in the stroller. We either get full smiles from him or he is snoozing when in this stroller. We also have a Peg and he is always squirming in it. I do wish the sun visor went down some more but as it is you still get nice coverage and the cover is great. As a teacher I give this stroller a B+.

OK Stroller, nice ride, mediocre design

Reviewer: Anonymous , Seattle, WA Date: November 16, 2008
Other reviews on this site have covered many of the things I would have said already. So I think I will limit my comments to some of my experiences that have colored my opinion. First, the nylon straps and plastic buckles are stout but a pain to use. They remind me of those used on backpacks 20 years ago - tough to open and close, tough to adjust. The best way I can characterize it is that the details on this stroller are very sparse - they didn't spend a lot on finishing touches. Like others have said, the straps controlling recline are cumbersome. Likewise, the attachment (not included) for a car seat is very basic and somewhat clunky...enough that I would not call this carseat compatible as much as car seat feasible (barely) for our Graco Snugride. It was very tedious using the attachment kit to install our carseat, and really, an industrious couple could go to the fabric store and get some nylon webbing and cam buckles and create something at least as nice as what you can get from Tike Tech for $40. The tire valves are horrible and were hard to inflate. Lastly, and this is really what I have a problem with, is that with a toddler in the stroller napping, in the reclined position, the stroller becomes very very unstable. You need to be very careful not to recline the seat too much or the center of gravity settles over the rear wheel, making the possibility of the stroller tipping over backwards highly likely if you aren't expecting it. The seating area has no shielding, aside from ballistic nylon fabric, in the head area. So if it does go backwards, your child's head will hit the ground about the same time as the handlebars. This happened to me going over a curb - I had not expected the weight to shift to the rear so easily and lost my grip. Needless to say it was traumatic for both my daughter, who refused for several months to get back into the stroller, and me...thankfully no serious injury resulted. Other than this, the stroller works well and handles nimbly despite the weight.

Two years later and running smoothly!

Reviewer: Linda , Tampa,FL Date: November 02, 2008
We have had this stroller for two years now and all is good. It is light, easy to push and folds pretty compact. The basket is quite roomy and the stroller has a nice pocket behind the seat for more stuff. I purchased the handle bar console which also has additional storage. Overall we really like this stroller and just purchased one for my brother and his wife as the price could not be better. The only bummer, we paid two hundred and seventy nine for this stroller. Oh well what you can do as the original price was still a great deal.

Trax360 could be better

3
Reviewer: Michael , Hercules, CA Date: October 29, 2008
The bad: Within 1 week of using the stroller we got a flat tire due to a faulty inner tube. The stroller is difficult to adjust. The buckles to hold the child require some effort to undo. The seat recline adjustment uses straps which are cumbersome to use. The finger levers to collapse the stroller are difficult to pull. You have to undo a snap button at the lower basket in order to place or remove big bags. The Good: very sturdy. canopy can go all the way down with a little manipulation. Rolls nice. Folds compact enough to fit in an average size trunk. Nice colors.

One Year Later

3
Reviewer: Lily , Davis, CA Date: August 19, 2008
As a savvy shopper, I always like to read reviews on products I want to purchase. However, most reviews are written shortly after the reviewer receives the product; when everything is in mint condition. Rarely do I find a review of a product after its been used for some time. Well... here it is; my review of the Tike Tech Trax 360 one year later. I now think it is not so great of a stroller, just O.K. I'm not sure if I would buy it again. But you can read futher and decide for yourself. The buckles on the harness are still difficult to undo. They never "loosened up" as I had hope. Therefore, its still a pain to get my now 1 1/2 year old toddler in and out of the stroller. About a month ago, we had to replace both bearings in the front wheel. They both broke and the stroller started to veer to the left. It was a special bearing that cannot be found in any bike shop here in Davis (bike city capital of America). It had to be special ordered. I was disappointed that we had to replace the bearing just after 1 year of use. One more feature that I absolutely dislike: it is impossible to connect the valve of a pump onto the valve stem of the tire. The manufacture obviously did not consider accessibility of the valve stem when they designed the wheels. The spokes on the wheels completely blockes you from accessing the valve stem. It is a TERRIBLE design! Hope none of you who bought it never experience a flat tire. As I mentioned before, I now only think this is an O.K. stroller therefore my rating has dropped from 4 stars to 3 stars.
