Awesome!!!

I bought this exceptionally well designed, tough stroller for both the urban and off road terrains. Living in Toronto where inclement winter weather and subway systems without elevators are an issue, I needed something that could handle the snow without rusting and that was light and durable enough to bump down the subway stairs. (escalators only go up!!!) I found it in this stroller and I have been exceptionally happy with my purchase. The polymer wheels are tough and don't rust, and it's big all terrain wheels plow through both the snow I face in the city and the grassy gravelly uneven terrain I face at my trailer on the weekends. Despite bumping down 2 sets of stairs in the subway closest to home which I use several times weekly the most maintenance the stroller has needed since I purchased it early this year has been a little lube on the shocks. It handles beautifully, straight tracking is no problem and I have used it for both jogging and rollerblading. For a 3 wheeler this stroller is not at all tippy the way some designs can be, it is solid! There are only 2 minor things BOB could do to make this stroller perfect....a foot brake in addition to the hand brake and more recline to the seat for baby to nap on the go.
I would recommend this stroller to anyone and look forward to a BOB dually purchase in the near future!
In addition to all that Joggingstroller.com was exceptionally accomadating and pleasant to deal with and I have recommended them without reservation to many of my friends and strangers on the street too!

Good stroller with a few caveats

We bought our BOB SUS (2005 model) about 9 months ago. It is a great stroller in many respects, but there are several design and functional elements that could be altered to make it better. We live in a cold climate which is slightly hilly. The BOB
worked very well in snow, slush, and ice - which was the main reason we purchased it. The rain/snow cover (optional purchase) is very helpful. We like the type of ride it gives our child, who is actually quite large.
On the negative side, the fixed wheel makes the BOB very difficult to maneuver. The brake is also a main issue for us - it doesn't always hold and it does not slow the stroller on inclines. Finally, the overall design of the seat doesn't provide lumbar support for our daughter. We have to pad the back of the seat to give her more support and comfort. I would definitely not advise using this stroller for very young infants.
We would love to see an optional pivot wheel for this stroller that we could purchase and a detachable tray for our daughter with a cup holder would be another nice option.
Comments from The Staff:
The pivitol wheel, or 'swivel wheel' is now available from BOB, it's called the BOB Revolution, and is an excellent choice for users who share these concearns/needs.

Brake doesnt work very well. I like the large canopy. tray contaner for child would be nice.
Comments from The Staff:
Front tray from BOB is coming as an add on, stay tuned. The brake can be adjusted to work better. I'd recommend bringing it by a bike shop for a quick look to make sure it's aligned.
