Wonderful

I bought my stroller when I found out I was pregnant, so I have been using it ever since my baby was born. The car seat adapter has been a true blessing since the stroller was functional right from the very beginning. I have a Graco Snug ride and never had any problem with using it. My only complaint is once the adapter is on the stroller, how do you take it off? I believe the screws must be different and once installed if you lose the screws.... so how do you go about taking the thing off? Instructions say it is dangerous to use with the adapter installed if the baby is sitting in the regular seat, but I can't find the screws to uninstall. That would be my only complaint, that this was not more thoroughly explained.

Thanks for your review! Here is a response from BOB's customer service folks regarding your concerns:
Thank you for contacting BOB. Nowhere in our literature does it say that it is dangerous for the baby to ride in the stroller with the car seat adapter installed. It does say: "Children should not be placed directly in the BOB stroller seat with the ICSA installed, unless tray is installed for safety and protection". Either install the tray or remove the car seat adapter bar completely. Once the bar is removed, use the original fabric screws to secure the fabric to the stroller frame. There is no screw or other hardware to go back into the pivot bracket hole. The hole is to remain hollow. If the original fabric screws were not saved at the time of installation, contact BOB for replacement fabric screws at 1-800-893-2447.

New Snack Tray
Reviewer: Amy G ,

Just a comment about the infant car seat adapter...
We bought the BOB Revolution with car seat adapter at the end of last year for our newborn. Worked great with his Graco Safe Seat...Now he is 9 months old and hasn't used the adapter with the infant seat for some time, but we left it on because he liked to hold onto it. Then about 2 months ago, we saw a couple with this snack tray on the adapter. After much research, we found out the only way to get the snack tray was to purchase a new adapter....Not a huge deal since we gave the other adapter to our friends who just had a baby.
So...long story short is that the snack tray seems to be a new "bonus" that comes with the adapter. Bummer to purchase two in the end, but baby boy is worth it!

I love this adapter which has allowed me to use my
BOB jogging stroller from the day I brought my son home! I spent a lot of time researching before I decided on a BOB stroller and the adapter. I'm really glad I did.

Works Great

It works great, was easy to assemble, I have a Graco SnugRide, they fit together seamlessly. I was concerned about leg clearance when initially purchasing this from the pictures, not a problem. It also came with a snack tray , kinda a bonus as I do not remember in the description that it did. When I have gone out using it, there are no concerns about its security , it will stay put.

BOB car seat adapter

Everything about the BOB jogger and its accessories are 5-star perfect. the stroller's design and engineering is great; the assembly is a snap and folding it into its collapsed position is incredibly easy and is so small it easily fits onto the front seat of a car. The car seat adapter installation into the jogger follows easy instructions and once its in, the adapter enables a carseat to plop securely into the jogger with virtually no effort.

I love the ability to take my infant for a ride in the BOB - but I was hoping that I could switch it back to regular stroller for my toddler a little bit quicker. Everything needs to be screwed in and takes a while, not something you can do on the fly. Also the snack tray needs to be screwed in after you unscrew a piece that is required for the car seat... so again, not something that I can add or take out quickly depending on which child I am taking out.

Finally! But make sure your child is tall enough....

I absolutely love my Revolution stroller and was so happy when BOB finally came out with snack tray option! I assembled myself, easy directions, in about 25 minutes. My 2-year-old loves having his own special place to put his toys, snacks, etc. But be warned--it IS on the high side and could be a frustrating reach for a shorter child and even block their line of vision. My son is 38 inches tall and it is just right for him. Even though it's a bit more of an effort to get him in and out of the stroller with the tray there, it is well worth it in my opinion! My only regret is that the tray is screwed in, and that an extra bar is needed to convert back and forth from snack tray to carseat mode. We're expecting a new baby in the fall and I wish I could just snap the tray off and the carseat on without needing a screwdriver on hand and worrying about losing track of screws or the separate infant carseat bar piece in the process. It doesn't take long, and it isn't difficult, but still I wish BOB had made "quick conversion" more of a priority. However, the quality of their products is outstanding and I recommend BOB to every parent I know!

How to fold my stroller with the Infant car seat adapter
Reviewer: Enrico Théberge ,

I fixed the infant car seat adapter to my Revolutionary Bob Stroller. When I folded my stroller with this accessory in order to put it in the trunk of my car (Corolla 2006), It was impossible because this trunk seems to be too small. Is it normal? What should I do to solve this problem?
Comments from The Staff:
Most likely because your trunk is smaller, you will have to detach the car seat adapter before folding in your truck. I do not believe there is anyway around that, unfortunately.

too high

We bought this to use as a toy/food/drink tray for my 22 month old son. I'ts a great idea--one we have been waiting for. Unfortunately, it is way too high. He is at the 75 percentile for height, but the tray was at the level of his nose when he sat in the stroller. So we sent it back. But please try again BOB people, it's a good idea, just not so well done this time.
Comments from The Staff:
Thank you very much for your review! This adapter does sit up a bit higher due to the idea being that they wanted the infant car seat to sit up higher so that the parent can look at the child directly without having to bend down, but it is a bit too high for the snack tray. Thanks again for your review!

I wish other brands had this accessory!!

I purchased the car seat adapter with tray for my 2007 Bob Revolution. I really just bought it for the tray since my daughter is two years old and is not in an infant carrier anymore (but it will be nice to have when baby #2 comes around also!!). It did take a while to assemble (it does not just snap on like most trays), but once it is on, it is very sturdy. It is a great little tray, it has a nice deep cupholder for drinks or bottles plus plenty of room on the tray for snacks or toys. It does not come off easily, however, it does not affect the folding of the stroller at all. My daughter loves having something to put her toys and drinks on, and my husband was really happy that he can just give her a drink and she can hang onto it herself instead of constantly giving it back to him because she has no place to put it. My daughter is very tall for her age and even with the tray on, she still has plenty of room for her legs and it is still very easy to get her in and out of the stroller. I love that I can have the Bob stroller (that I love more than any of the many strollers I have had) but not have to give up the convenience of the tray that only the less expensive joggers tend to have. I really think that the other high end brands out there should provide the same option because I know alot of moms and dads out there like the convenience of a tray and complain that most all-terrain strollers out there don't have one. Most important of all, my daughter loves it! It is definatly an accessory that I would recommend for any Bob stroller!
