Ordering this stroller was an extremely agonizing decision. When spending this much money, I would really rather to see and compare things in person, but I live overseas (Korea) and it just isn't easily done. However, the information, especially the comparison feature on joggingstroller.com is the next best thing to being there. It is awesome and really helped. I was going to buy a BOB Revolution Duallie stroller and even though I knew if was on sale at REI, I was planning to buy it at joggingstroller.com because the website is so awesome and between the REI membership, shipping and tax, I would have only saved about $25. I really liked the Mountain Buggy Urban Double because it was smaller and better for navigating in Seoul and even though my husband says he wants to jog, I just don't see us actually jogging that much with it. With such a great sale, I could not pass it up.

Since joggingstroller.com does not ship to APO anymore, I had it sent to my US address at my parents' house so we won't actually see it until we go home for Christmas, but after attempting to order a Bumbleride Indie last year from another site and have it shipped to APO and the customer service nightmare we endured after it never came, I feel better waiting to get it in the US and bring it back on the plane.

I ordered a balance bike last year from what I think is a sister site to joggingstroller.com, runbikes.com.

I ordered from that site for the same reason I ordered from joggingstroller.com: the comparison feature. We got the Strider Sport Balance Bike (which was shipped to APO and arrived within a week) and my son loves it. I should go back on and post a review.

Anyway, thank you for having such a great website and I will be sure to post a review in January after we use the stroller.

...Oh, and the website shipping was probably the most fantastic thing ever! Never in my life have I had anything shipped so quickly to me, for free!!! I ordered it on a Wednesday and it arrived on Friday (earlier than the 3-4 days it said it would probably take!) Every other website that sold this product (and I looked at all of them) charged outrageous shipping, additional oversize charges, or delivery would have taken a week or more. This website is probably the best website I have ever ordered from, what a fantastic experience!

We had recently purchased the Valco Tri Mode Twin stroller and have just noticed a fault in the frame. I contacted your company and was put in touch with Beth. I wanted to let you know what a fantastic experience I had when ordering my jogging stroller with you.

Originally, I had ordered through another vendor and the experience was horrendous. After 8 weeks and no stroller, I canceled that order, did a new internet search and found you. The price was just as competitive and my order shipped that same day. Based on my previous bad experience with the other vendor, I didn't hold my breath thinking I couldn't be so lucky. But 3 days later, there was our stroller. We LOVE it.

WOW, WOW, WOW what amazing customer service. It is so rare to have the shopping experience I had this week. I found the stroller I wanted on your website, the BOB Revolution, and called to place my order. I waited on hold for a little bit but was greatly amused by the very personal and friendly messages I kept receiving pertaining to my wait. Next Sara took my call and price matched my item from a local baby furniture store, giving me 5% off the listed price:-). She was extremely friendly and very efficient. I hung up the phone and less than 12 hours later my stroller was sitting on my porch. I was shocked; nothing has ever shipped to me so quickly. The package was in perfect condition and I put the stroller together in minutes. I absolutely love the stroller and really appreciate the pleasant experience I had purchasing it. Greetings!!

Last month my little 3 year old grandson from Colorado came down to visit me in FL. when the trip was planned he was in great shape but an accident at his school just five days before his arrival here caused him to be put into a "spica" cast (almost a whole body cast, this was due to a broken femur bone). I was frantic trying to find him a comfortable stroller. I decided to see if the Tike Tech Trax 360 that I had ordered prior to his injury would suffice. I (plus the aide of your phone person) could not have picked out a more perfect fitting stroller for him. It was the most comfortable ride for him. It adjusted very well so that he was always comfortable. The foot rest helped him to push his own self up higher on the seat. The leg in a full cast was perfectly positioned while his other leg in half a cast was able to move easily. The safety bar across the front of his body gave him enough room to not feel "trapped" or tied in (he wasn't going to go anywhere anyway) The Tike Tech Trax was easy to maneuver and easy to fold up and fold away. It's solid in construction and light to lift. We took the Tike Tech Trax to the beach and to Disney World.

I used to be in the retail industry for many years as a District Manager and I always critique my shopping experiences on customer service (which is slowly but surely diminishing in our society today). I must say that my experience with your company and your customer service department has been outstanding. In addition, I LOVE the message you hear when you first call the 800 #. The message is personal, friendly and fun which again, you rarely see. Did I say rarely? I meant to say never!!! I told the woman who answered the phone (which was just a few SHORT minutes) that I would have stayed on hold for as long as it took to speak with someone just because of the initial message that I received.

I would like to thank you for your wonderful customer service and prompt delivery. I placed an order via phone on Thursday, July 17. I spoke with a wonderfully helpful and nice woman who had great advice and knowledge about the Ironman Double Stroller. I felt terrific after speaking with her and confidence in the item arriving on or before its scheduled date of delivery. The stroller arrived two days later, on Saturday, July 19. I used it soon after it arrived and absolutely love it. In fact, I think that it feels smoother and lighter than my single jogger. My children are both tall for their ages. One is 3 1/2 and the other is 9 months. The stroller fits both of them very well. I purchased this one over others because I liked the bright color so that we could be seen easily, individual sunshades, the adjustability of the sunshades, the nice basket, tire size and type. I had already purchased the handlebar console, which is great. I have only used it for three days, but am extremely happy with it.

Thanks so much for your help! I waited for three weeks to have the same product delivered from Amazon/Happymothers.com, only to have them keep reassuring me it was coming both through email and phone conversations, and then they canceled my order because it had taken longer than expected to deliver. Then, I ordered from strollers.com who also said it was in stock, only to have them tell me the next day that it would not arrive until the end of August. I am sorry that I did not go with your company first. Your website was truthful when it stated the stroller was in stock. Your customer service associate was extremely helpful and gave me wonderful advice when trying to choose between the Ironman and SUS.

Hello, I recently purchased a BOB Revolution jogging stroller from your company and I just wanted to take a moment to send an email and tell you just how awesome your customer service is! There was a little weird thing that happened with the order and it didn't ship out, but one call (where a real person answered! [almost unheard of these days]) and I was already talking to a very nice gal named Sarah. I also talked to someone else who was just so darn nice to me, but I am TERRIBLE at remembering names [seriously, I've lived in my home for over 3 years and I still only have 4 neighbor's names totally memorized, even though I see many of them every day and chat with them for a few minutes. It's like that part of my brain just refuses to be a team player :(]. I wrote Sarah's name down because she was calling me back, but I forgot to write down the other cheery gal's name! (I want to say it was Amber - I am about 97.4% positive it started with an A.] They were both so pleasant that I just had to write this email.

I really appreciated their help, and when my BOB arrived with the little accessories that I ordered, everything was in great shape and ready to put together and go! (I would also like to take a second to point out how much the velcro strap handle bar console rocks!) I will definitely turn to joggingstroller.com when I need to get other accessories or if we ever need another type of stroller (although, I have to say, this BOB is pretty much the greatest thing in the universe!), because your customer service is seriously above and beyond anyone else's.

I just wanted to take the time to let you know that I am extremely impressed with the customer service I have received through joggingstroller.com! I placed my first order on 3/11/07 for some accessories for the Baby Jogger Single City Series, and was happy to receive them promptly on 3/16/07. Also on 3/11/07, I originally ordered the above-referenced stroller, carry-bag and some other accessories through tinyride.com because they said they had everything in stock. The next day I received an email that the stroller and carry-bag were backordered and that my entire order was expected to ship in 2-3 days. After Friday rolled around and I had already received the items I ordered through you, and my order from tinyride.com STILL hadn't even shipped, I contacted their customer service number for an explanation. I was informed that they didn't even have the stroller or carry-bag in their warehouse and couldn't tell me when they would receive them for sure, but that it would take at least 2 days to process and ship out to me once their warehouse received the items!

After a very frustrating conversation, I left a message on the manager's voice mail and STILL have not heard back from him! Yesterday, I finally decided to cancel that order and place the order through you since I knew I could trust your information and could count on receiving the in-stock items in time to take my 6-month old baby boy jogging this weekend!

I would definitely order from your company again, and more importantly, would recommend you to all of my friends with babies! More companies need to value their customer service the way you obviously do. Thanks again!!!

Since I placed the order for the Baby Jogger Q Series I have received no less than 3 emails from Niche Retail - all emails were prompt and let me know the status of my order. Your customer service is top-notch! Beyond that, your representatives are laid back (a bonus in my book) and professional at the same time. I enjoy receiving emails that open with, "Hey there Stacie". It makes me feel like I am communicating with a good, helpful friend.

I probably could find this stroller somewhere else, for the same price, but receive it sooner. But why? I am not that desperate for this stroller, it is a luxury item after all, and I prefer to give my business to your company because of the fabulous customer service!

In online retailing it is often difficult to build a competitive advantage - a true differentiator when prices are often so similar. You have truly built a competitive advantage on joggingstroller.com through superior customer service. I considered going through another online retailer (not a Niche Retail company) to consolidate with a purchase my wife was making. I also considered going through a local bike store that could get the BOB items at the same price - and I would have a bricks and mortar location right down the street when I had any issues. However, I choose joggingstroller.com based on my experience with the very knowledgeable and patient staff that endured many long online chats with me on the pro and cons of various strollers. In particular I had very positive experiences with Kelly, Jennifer & Lindsey. They were all very helpful and instrumental in winning my business for joggingstroller.com. You have a great model with this first rate customer service and support staff. I encourage you to keep it up and thank you for making this experience so enjoyable. I don't anticipate any issues with my purchases, but I know if I do have questions I will be in good hands.

I want to thank you for your help. Baby Jogger is replacing the Fabric at no extra charge. I don't know of any (NY) company that would have done so, w/o first putting the customer through the thousand question routine. As for shopping at JoggingStroller.com, you have made a customer out of me and an advocate of your site. Before i placed the order with your company I made numerous comparisons (Price, delivery, efficiency etc..), I can tell you that many places run short in one or more categories. Yours put it all together and the unit was delivered when you said it would. Many other vendors couldn't give me a delivery date as accurate as your did.

I just wanted to write to let you know that my experience with jogging stroller has been exceptional. I bought the bob dualie revolution and I absolutely love it! My boys do too! I had a terrible experience with runnersgear. I ordered an instep, they sent it through instep, and it took months to receive, then they sent a defective model, etc etc. I am so happy that it took two days for jogging stroller to send a non defective stroller to me.

If not, let me just say here that the service I received from JoggingStroller.com was EXCELLENT and I would recommend this site to my friends (I already have). While I did not particularly like the quality of the bag I returned, and had trouble receiving the fedexed stroller, I do LOVE the stroller. The website was very accurate in describing it, especially the comparison of the specs of the one I bought (Valco baby twin) to other twin joggers. And most importantly, the service I received from everyone I spoke or emailed with was really wonderful. Everyone was considerate, helpful and friendly and acted quickly in looking into issues and processing things (including this email which is a perfect example of getting in touch with your customer where other companies might not have). You are so sweet to follow up. I NEVER respond to emails like this, but I feel you and the entire Joggingstroller.com employees need to know how pleased I am with the site and staff. I first stumbled on your site last Spring when I was pregnant - I was very impressed with all of the reviews on your site of the strollers, but ended up buying a Bob from Babies R Us because I had credit there. Since my great experience with my Bob stroller, I have bought two from the joggingstroller.com site as gifts for baby showers I have hosted with friends.

My friends are all thrilled with the AMAZING hostess gift we gave them, but more importantly, they have all gone back to the site and used it themselves. We are all so happy with the products, the customer service when we call the 800 number, and the quick delivery when ordered that I will never buy a stroller from anywhere else.

Yours was the first site I hit in looking for a stroller and after trying a couple of others, I went right back to yours! It was so simple and very informational. We will be placing an order soon as we have had a horrible time finding a stroller big enough for our 3 1/2 year old, 50 pound boy. It was nice to know that there are strollers out there that even go up to 100 pounds and your site really narrowed it down so that I didn't have to spend hours looking through strollers that wouldn't hold his weight.

I can't tell you how thrilled I am with the service from your company.

Ordering my jog stroller was the best experience so far. I ordered the stroller on Wednesday and it was on my doorstep on Thursday!! It is still a little cold here in Akron, OH, but I can't wait to get out on the road with it. I strap my 9 month old in and push her around the living room. She loves it!

To further praise you company, I also ordered the handlebar console which your web site and e-mails informed me was on a 2-3 week backorder. That time frame was fine with me but now you tell me it has been shipped already!

I purchased the Stroller for my wife (and 2 boys) for Christmas. My 2 year old has named it "The Blue Rocket". It gets used at least 4 times every week and we all love it. The winters are extremely wet and cold here in Oregon, but with our BOB and the weather shield, we have been able to enjoy exercising outside on a regular basis. I can't wait to take it out when the sun is actually shining!

First of all I have been meaning to e-mail you to tell you how awesome your site was in making my decision on what stroller to get. I originally bout one from Babies R Us, but it was terrible!! A friend told me about your site. Within minutes of answering a few questions the site recommended a few joggers that would best fit my needs. I purchased the Tike Tech double trouble. I even got free shipping! The price was great, but above all the customer service has been amazing.

This AM I was trying to get the car packed for a family vacation. I of course forgot how to fold the jogger. All I got at Tike tech was an answering machine and no manual on their web site. Of course I couldn't find mine. J I thought well let me try calling you guys to see if you could help. Alex answered my call. He looked for a manual he could e-mail me but didn't have one. I thought that would be the extent of his being able to help me. Instead he went the extra mile going out to the garage to see if he could look at one and tell me how to fold it, He was awesome.

At any rate I did find the directions just now and the guy from Tike Tech just called back. So all round both companies have been great to deal with. It's always a risk buying online, but I would not hesitate to recommend jogginstroller.com to all my friends.
