Why are some twin buggies on sale?
The sale twin buggies are discontinued models. These models include a bumper bar, have a 4-position countour seat more like that on the sport buggy, and feature mesh in the sunhood.

Best Stroller for Tall Kids
Good but not quite
Annoying canopy!

We have been carrying this jogger for quite some time now, and this problem you are having with the canopy is a first. From what you are describing the canopy doing, doesn't seem right. I am thinking that you should call Regal Lager (Phil & Ted's US distributor) as soon as you can, and address this issue to them. The jogger is still under warranty, so give them a call at 800 593 5522.
