GIVEAWAY RULES

No purchase is necessary to enter the BOB Revolution Twitter Giveaway contest. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

To Enter

Giveaway begins at 12:01 A.M. ET on 8/11/2009 and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on 9/10/2009, when all entries must be received. To enter, go to www.twitter.com/joggingstroller and follow joggingstroller. You must be a member of Twitter to follow joggingstroller. One (1) Potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 9/11/2009 and will be notified when @joggingstroller tweets the Twitter handle of the winner. Winner must Direct Message @joggingstroller with their address within 5 days of the announcement tweet to collect the prize. The prize is one (1) BOB Revolution Stroller ($389.99). Total approximate retail value of the prize package is $389.99.

General Rules and Limitations

1. Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and/or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of TipToeTurtle, their immediate families, and those living in the same household are not eligible.
2. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at TipToeTurtle's or Twitter's servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. TipToeTurtle, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry processes or the operation of the website. Use of bots or other automated processes to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of TipToeTurtle. TipToeTurtle further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the Twitter account submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the Twitter account by Twitter. Potential Winner will be contacted by a tweet. If any Potential Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond by Direct Message within five (5) days, or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such Potential Winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
3. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
4. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. TipToeTurtle is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of the sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution, or production errors, and may modify or cancel these promotions based upon such errors at its sole discretion without liability.
5. The odds of winning the sweepstakes depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions for any prize except by TipToeTurtle, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects.
6. All entries become the property of Tip Toe Turtle and will not be acknowledged or returned. By following JoggingStroller on Twitter, you grant TipToeTurtle the right to send you commercial messages from JoggingStroller.com and its sister sites, unless specified otherwise as indicated on the entry form.
7. Except where prohibited: (i) Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winners' names and likenesses for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) Potential Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (including Social Security number) and liability/publicity release, which must be returned within ten (10) days of attempted notification, or an alternate winner may be chosen.
8. The sponsor of the giveaway is TipToeTurtle, the parent company of JoggingStroller.com.
